Precious, oh so yummy, and we can only make it once a year.

Made with carefully selected baby spruce tips, freshly picked in a lush Alpine forest at about 1,200 meters altitude. To protect each tree, only a handful of tips are taken from each one. Spruce trees only bud once a year, around May, so this product can only be made during a narrow window of several weeks each year.

Enjoy a spoonful straight, or use it as a delicious natural sweetener. Wonderful in teas, smoothies, and other drinks, or stirred into your morning muesli.
